A BIT ABOUT ME
Intuitive Health & Wellness Coach
I have had a life-long interest in nutrition and its effects on both our bodies and minds. Having dealt with many of the illnesses that affect people today, I bring personal experience and compassion to my practice. I believe wellness is a reflection of not only nutritional and lifestyle choices, but also emotional ones. My path led me to study at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and the School of Applied Functional Medicine as well as to learn the information shared by Anthony William and other inspired thinkers. I transitioned to health coaching after working in small business operations and marketing for many years. I'm also known as an avid skier, dog-lover, wife, and mom.

An opportunity to share your health concerns and learn about small changes to your diet and lifestyle which can have a high impact on your health and well-being. We will create an action plan to get you started on your healing journey.
3 MONTH PROGRAM
A more in-depth approach to creating a lasting plan toward achieving your health goals. Learn how to boost your health through food, supplements and knowledge. This program includes:
- Four 45 minute coaching sessions
- Email support between sessions
- Handouts specific to your concerns
- Simple recipes

PROGRAM STRUCTURE OPTIONS
Flexibility
A typical program is 4 to 6 months of semi-monthly workshops which are generally 45 minutes long. Lunch 'N Learns or late afternoon times are common. Each session focuses on nutrition, lifestyle choices, and prevention to equip employees with the information they need to improve their well-being. These are relaxed, interactive and fun meetings.
